It would be good to specify Web Features per tab (like Tabbrowser Extensions
allow via its Permissions thing). Of course it might get boring to set them
manually all the time so to make the feat really useful it should be possible to
save all those permissions in bookmarks.

Consider two bookmark folders of news sites: one normal, another with all the
bloat (flash, images, real...) switched off. The idea is that if you get stuck
with a slow/expensive connection you still can read your daily dose of news no prob.

Overboard for most users.  Maybe an extension would be useful, but that's about it.
