The composer is unable to open a saved page. 

If you have stored a page on you harddisk and you want to open this one directly
with the composer (not with mozilla and File-> Edit Page, that works) it will do
nothing

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the composer
2.Click File -> Open
3.select a stored website and open it

Worksform, and such a bug would be a smoketest blocker I think.

Can you attach the page composer can't open ? If any page, well then try to
reinstall mozilla, create a new fresh profile.

Resolving. Feel free to reopen if you can reproduce the problem with current
builds (and try a new profile).
