After installing the sage 1.3 extension on Firefox 0.9.3 and then restarting the
browser, all the browser menu's and toolbars appeared in french. Also
'mozilla-Firefox-Locale-en' was deleted automatically by Sage. The menu's and
toolbars were in english before installing Sage, they SHOULD have been english
after installing Sage.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.you need Firefox 0.9.3 installed, if its not then install it
2.install sage 1.3 extension from http://sage.mozdev.org/installation.html
3.after the extension has been installed, restart firefox browser
4.Everything (menu's and toobars) will be in french

Actual Results:  
menu's and toolbars appeard in french

Expected Results:  
left the menu's and toolbars in english

0.9.3 is old.
Can you please try again with a CLEAN install of Firefox and Sage and a clean
profile?

Also, always make sure that your extension is made for your version of firefox.
Can you please post your results here?
