Suddenly, Thunderbird tarts with the wizard for "New account setup" as if a new
install.
The entire user data files and all application parameters vanished.
Checked for virus, spies and other "niceties". None detected.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. It happenned and is still here.
2. Have not touched the Mozilla Thunderbird folder in the Program Files. Can
send it to you if deemed neccessary.
3.

Actual Results:  
Nothing has been done. The "crime scene" remains untouched.

Expected Results:  
Thunderbird should start-up to its usual operational state.

No crash message or warning of any kind was issued by the OS.
