Mozilla Quality Feedback Agent is configured to use our proxy server (Navaho
TeamCat) at {internal address}:8080, but fails to send with message 'The Agent
is unable to connect to the server. Please check your Proxy Server settings or
try again later'. Proxy is same as browser uses happily enough. Has occured
every time Firefox crashes (approx. once a week with pretty intensive multi-tab
use).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Crash Firefox (not reproducible!)

Actual Results:
Mozilla Quality Feedback Agent starts, then tries to send and fails with:
'The Agent is unable to connect to the server. Please check your Proxy Server
settings or try again later'
Expected Results:
connected and sent via proxy server
