The Download managers starts the download before I approved it was safe to
download the file the webpage sent me. 
I went to a site that apparantly sent me a file and I didn´t approve it but my
Virus Scanner coucht the virus whitch Mozilla Firefox started downloading before
I approved.
Hope you understand my bad English.
I consider this as a major security clitch becouse a virus got into my temp folder.

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:  
My virus scanner cought the virus.

Expected Results:  
Waited until I accepted the Download.
search before you file a bug and this is only a small security risk
