Summary tells everything. I can't paste from clipboard to form using context
menu as option appeared as grayed. Keyboard shortcut works. Also, pasting into
addressbar works.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:




I think that it regressed somewhere between 20050117 adn 20050124 build.

Tested on clean profile.
