-mail doesn't start up Mailnews anymore. This is a big bummer for
testing/debugging Mailnews.
I know, this is because of the command line handler rewrite, but I think, this
has to be fixed for M14, so opening this tracking bug.
Bug #26761 is related.

I was just stomping all over that code last night.
on my build from this morning, -mail works.
which build were you using?
