Work in progress - renders some stuff, but coordinate systems from layout, QuickDraw/Quartz (StartQuartzRendering), and cairo are fighting.
layout/svg/renderer/src/cairo bits checked in. nsIDrawingSurfaceMac changes will be landing as part of bug 245407. Cairo/quartz has some shortcomings in the backend as of 0.3.0: clipping doesn't work, partially transparent pixels accumulate opacity as more is drawn, and text spacing is quite off.
