Checkmarks in checkboxes do not appear on printouts of websites.  Radio buttons
have the same problem.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a website with a checked checkbox.
2. Select "Print Preview" from the menu.  Notice the checkbox is checked.
3. Click print.  Look at the printout and see the checkbox is not checked.

Actual Results:  
Checkboxes do no appear as checked on printout.

Expected Results:  
Checkboxes should be checked on printout.
WFM with Mozilla 1.8b build 2005012506 on WinNT4.

Is the Mozilla version 1.6 correct? This version is too old, please upgrade to a
current version/build and check again.
WFM with Mozilla 1.7.5 too.
