Created second account which shows up under the account manager both before and
after TBird is stopped and restarted.  New account does not show up in left
window of TBird under any circumstances.  If new account is made the default,
"write" shows the from address as the new account, but neither the folders nor
the new account ever show up in the window even after multiple restarts,
changing defaults, etc.  The account manager always shows the new account.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Set up simple email account using "account settings"|"Add account"
completing all steps.
2.  Exit "account settings".

Actual Results:  
Neither the 2nd nor 3rd account appears outside the "account settings".  The
folders are not displayed, nor is either account.
When you created the accounts - did you uncheck 'global inbox'? If you left it
checked (default) this is normal behaviour
Summary: Account Not Visible → Account Not Visible
Over 1 month with no response from reporter -> WFM. Please reopen if bug still
present in a recent build.
