280013 - Many saved pages are refused to open after disconnect!!

Among the saved pages, half of them are refused to open after disconnect!! I
regularly use "composer" for opening them!


Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Try to open saved pages while you are not connected to the internet.



Expected Results:  
It should be able to open any saved page.

Wrong duplicate assignment!
280013 is about opening *saved* pages,
280015 is about off-line browsing (using the cache).

This looks like WFM - FF 1.0 and Moz 1.8a6 seem to work fine.

FireFox 1.0 is not my favourite browser;
I'll try Mozilla 1.8 when released, but I expect and hope these bugs would
completely fixed (and this incident be marked as fixed).
