Mozilla's offline browser is becoming more and more useless! Now, very few
visited pages can be shown offline.


Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to offline mode :)



Expected Results:  
Ideally, every recently visited page should be available offline because we
don't expect *update* when offline.


Note: I've let 50MB cache.

Wrong duplicate assignment!
280013 is about opening *saved* pages,
280015 is about off-line browsing (using the cache).

FireFox 1.0 is not my favourite browser;
I'll try Mozilla 1.8 when released, but I expect and hope these bugs would
completely fixed (and this incident be marked as fixed).
