and the corresponding [e-mail] mailing list

I have created the email list, and also gateway from it to the newsgroup (to be 
created). So, we need the newsgroup now, and forward from it to the mailing 
list.

OK, I had to enter the URL in the location bar and I found the group. The UI is 
not intuitive, but that's not *this* bug's problem.

Thanks for creating the group. I'll mark verified to get this out of QA's hair

This news group is for the discussion of installation-related technology in Mozilla.

(nice and simple, and will keep other noises out of the way.  plus, we don't
have to go into detail to explain what XPInstall is.  :-)  Thanks! )
