In Firefox, <select> form elements seem to occaisonally render only part of the
initial option selected, cutting off some of the text. If I select a different
option, and then reselect the initial option, it is rendered correctly. I
haven't been able to discover what causes it to do this, as not all <select>
elements do this.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
Here is an example of the problem. This also happens consistently on the Paypal
account signup form, for selecting a country (the initial option shows as
"United" and is missing the " States" part).
