I got new mail on an account, and the system tray notification icon appeared.  I
deleted the account, and the icon stayed.  It reported I had 1 new message on
that account.  Now there was no way to get rid of the icon by reading messages,
so I just had to wait several minutes for it to go away.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add an account
2. Send a mail to that account
3. Wait for new mail icon
4. Delete account

Actual Results:  
Mouse over tray icon to see it's showing "1 new message" on that account


Expected Results:  
Stopped showing new mail notification icon
