Text fields blink when you switch between them, pull-down menus get some dotted border which doesn't disappear, radio buttons change their look when you check and uncheck them; cursor moves too slow in the textarea fields, I can't select any text with Shift+Ctrl+Right (I mean holding shift then pressing Ctrl and right or left arrow, for fast select). Word wrap works ****, sometimes when you type there can be a space before the text line and you can't delete it (when you complete a word on the line, then type in a space, that space goes on the other line). The cursor is sometimes positioned too left, so you can't properly see the letter you type. Sometimes when you press Enter you get a two lines break, then it comes into one line break when you start typing, and sometimes it doesn't happen. Just check out some big forms on the 'Net, and try to use them - you'll see everything yourself. I'm using Windows 98, Second Edition on a Pentium III 500Mhz.
Rod, feel free to reassign as appropriate.

I it is usually best and customary to file separate bugs on each issue. 1) Text fields blink when you switch between them - I think this is a known issue (I'll make sure) 2) pull-down menus get some dotted border which doesn't disappear - bug already filed 3) radio buttons change their look when you check and uncheck them - known issue , basically the same as #2 4) cursor moves too slow in the textarea fields - may be a new issue 5) I can't select any text with Shift+Ctrl+Right - may be a new issue 6) Word wrap works crappy - probably a known issue 7) he cursor is sometimes positioned too left - don't know 8) Sometimes when you press Enter you get a two lines break - don't know changing Summary Steve feel free to reassign

Summary: Forms look buggy; Shift+Ctrl+Arrow doesn't work; lots of bugs → text field have several issues; Shift+Ctrl+Arrow doesn't work; lots of bugs
bunkin@dialup.ptt.ru - we definately appreciate you taking the time to submit the bug. but in the future, if you could separate different problems into separate bugs, it makes it MUCH easier for us to track, assign, and fix the problems. Thanks again for your help. 1) Text fields blink when you switch between them - bug already sumbitted 4) cursor moves too slow in the textarea fields - bug already sumbitted 5) I can't select any text with Shift+Ctrl+Right - I don't see a bug for this one yet 6) Word wrap works crappy - bug already sumbitted 7) he cursor is sometimes positioned too left - bug already sumbitted 8) Sometimes when you press Enter you get a two lines break - bug already sumbitted So the only remaining issue this bug covers is Shift+Ctrl+Arrow doesn't work. reassigning to mjudge.

this seems fixed to me. it was a problem about a week or so ago. please retest. if still a problem file a new bug specifying exactly what went wrong and sample web pages(even if it seems simple) and exact steps would greatly be appreciated.
