This bug thats not like bug 106083 because i test printing from 2 system using
diferent DPI (72, 96 and 152): Win98 and Slackware 10.

Win98:
  - Print 3 times the URL : Prints are equals (text and images)
  - Print 3 times some text (no absolute unit): Prints are equals (text)

Slackware10:
  - Print 3 times the URL : Print text are equals. Print images change (image no
use absolute unit, only border)
  - Print 3 times some text (no absolute unit): Prints are NOT equals (text)

in linux it concerns the DPI, but using absolute units it respects them.

Note. Remember the URL use absolute unit for print.

The postscript printing is terribly broken, don't expect any printouts from
Mozilla on GNU/Linux for a long time.

The Windows behavior is probably (more-or-less) correct, the printout should not
depend on screen resolution.
And I guess this is bug 106083, or at least this cannot be correctly fixed until
that is resolved.
