Details

Tinderbox client scripts immediately affect the build directory after running. 
This is annoying in some cases since we might have meant to invoke the client
scripts in a mode where they just redo the last part of a build (SkipMozilla). 
It would be nice to be prompted beforehand:

  About to remove dist file... 5 seconds to abort.. 5.. 4.. 3.. 2.. 1..
