Details

Right now the bloaty tests are only run on
the two Linux depend builds (autobahn Linux
Dep and shrike Linux Dep).  I suggest that
the bloaty tests also be run on clobber
builds (such as shrike Linux Clbr).

Unless we are sure that make depend works
reliably, it is always possible that the
depend build fails to recompile a file that
should be recompiled, thus resulting an
incorrect build.  Such a mixture of old
and new objects often exhibits weird behavior.
Without also running the tests on a clobber
build, it's difficult to determine whether
it's the code or make depend that is broken.
McAfee may know why we are not doing this now. Passing this bug to him.
