Opening any sidebar should focus the first element within the sidebar

When opening a sidebar, such as history, focus should go to the first focusable
element -- in that case the search field.
Otherwise, a blind user will have an extremely difficult time understanding how
to navigate to the actual history.

This seems to work fine for me, even on the 1.0.x branch. Both the bookmarks and
history sidebar text fields are focused when opened. Am I missing anything?

This works for me too. Are you saying that we should focus the first element in
other cases? Maybe when the first element is not a search bar for some reason?
