The location bar keeps mis-typed entries, which are known to be defect (ie. host
name unresovable, or http 404). Ideally, these entries should not be stored in
the location bar if entered manually.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type www.sinfest.ten into the location bar, press Enter. 
2. Click away the error message.
3. Type www.sinfe into the location bar and see that the wrong url has been stored.

Actual Results:  
Location bar auto-completion suggests wrong URLs

Expected Results:  
Auto-completion should have suggested nothing instead.
