can you post Talkback ID for this crash ?

Have you tried reinstalling Java? The page opens fine for me.
Attached file Mozilla Quality Feedback Agent report (obsolete) —
I attached this file because Mozilla Quality Feedback Agent does not pass through the proxy server (it require authentication through user name and password).
(In reply to comment #2) > Have you tried reinstalling Java? The page opens fine for me. No, but I have the same problem on my home PC with Windows 98 and the same Java version. I tried again using the page http://www.visualroute.it/vr.asp and sometimes it loads but Firefox crashes when trying to trace a route. Note: I did all the tests with cookies disables even if they must be enabled for using the page; in "Advanced JavaScript Options" only "Change images" is enabled.

I attached this file because Mozilla Quality Feedback Agent does not pass through the proxy server (it require authentication through user name and password). Sorry, in previous attachment I selected the wrong file type.

(In reply to comment #1) > can you post Talkback ID for this crash ? Do you mean Talkback Configuration Version (that is 1) and Talkback Library Version (that is 7) contained in attachment 172936 [details]?
(In reply to comment #6) > (From update of attachment 172936 [details] [edit]) > we can't use this. > Which is the use of Mozilla Quality Feedback Agent, if its reports are useless?
if you actually *send* the report via talkback, then the *server* which receives your report will pair the data with symbols it has in the database and store your stack trace in its database. it then sends your client an incident id which we can use to retrieve your stack trace. if you instead copy the raw bits, we have raw bits that we can't use. if you want to try to get someone else to submit your report, you'd need to provide certain files, not the gui trascription, and i haven't had that work for me recently.
This is the content of "D:\Programmi\Mozilla Firefox\components\MozillaOrg\Firefox10" directory. These are the only files in Mozilla Firefox directory updated after crash. Is it useful?
Sent report data to Talkback server, got ID TB3446946E.

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01". This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code. While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug (given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more reproduction information if you have it. If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved. Thank you for your help in this matter. The latest beta releases can be obtained from: Firefox: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/firefox/ Thunderbird: http://www.mozilla.org/products/thunderbird/releases/1.5beta1.html Seamonkey: http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/
Daniele Tornaghi: Is this still an issue with the latest builds ?
I am resolving this as Worksforme. Daniele, if you can reproduce the error in Firefox 3.5, we will reopen the bug.
