I don't like the current behaviour of how a scroll postition is retained when
going back/forward. The way it works now is first a page is displayed at the top
and then it scrolls down to where it was.
IE, Opera, and Netscape 4.x jump right back to where they were.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to www.anekdot.ru
2. scroll down
3. click on any link
4. go back
Actual Results:
For ~1s I see the top of the front page and then the page scrolls down.

Expected Results:
The front page should be immediately displayed at the bottom. No scrolling.
With fastback enabled in Deer Park Alpha 2, it works as expected. No scrolling
occurs while going back/forward.
