I checked the FTP server, directly, and could not find the rot13.xpi extension.
 The page indicates that it was there, but it seems to have been deleted.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Surf to
https://addons.update.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?application=firefox&version=1.0&os=Windows&category=Miscellaneous&numpg=10&id=372
2. Click on the "Install Now" link
3. Read the sad error message

Actual Results:  
I cried into my mug of hot water, as I love using Rot13 encoding.

Expected Results:  
Download the extension!

Removed the version entry.  It probably hiccuped due to the slash in the file name.
