To start an official Firefox localization you need to prepare [1]
Indonesian locales files in CVS structure form and commit them to the Mozilla.org
CVS server [1]. Therefore, you should have a CVS account. To get CVS account you
need to fill a new bug and provide your ssh public key [3], send the form [4]
and attach your files in CVS structure form - see bug 263726 as an example.
