The page does  not render correctly

Reproducible: Always
There is nothing in the code of that page that should prevent scrollbar from
appearing when content overflows window dimensions. I get a vertical scrollbar
because the page has a considerable long table in the body and that's normal.

Mozilla 1.8b build 2005021205 and Firefox 1.0 build 20041107 under XP Pro SP2 here.
