Drag-selecting list items in <select multiple> does not erase focus outlines.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. in the "Status" list, hold SHIFT down and click on "ASSIGNED" and drag the
   mouse down to "VERIFIED"

ACTUAL RESULTS:
Focus outlines are visible around all the selected items.

EXPECTED RESULTS:
Focus outline should only be visible around the last selected item.

PLATFORMS & BUILDS TESTED:
Bug occurs in Mozilla 2005-01-28-05 trunk on Linux.
Bug occurs in Mozilla 1.7.3, 1.4.1 and 1.0.2 on Linux.
