when viewing pages with alot of images while scriling the browser flickers and i
have to stop scrolling to see what each image is

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.view site with alot images on website

2.run on slow computer or lcd screen with dvi

3.try to view more than 20 images on one webpage and scroll down threw them

Actual Results:  
firefox kept flickering intel i stoped scrolling even using high refresh rate or
low one

Expected Results:  
alow me to scroll threw images without screen flickering

this gets anoying
