The classic theme was good for the year 1998, but not for 2005.
The Modern theme looks much better. We should make the modern theme default.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Mozilla Suite on a clean system
2. Launch it
3. You see Mozilla with the classic theme
