280380 - first password of two for same site is not highlighted

I have two PayPal accounts.  When I go to www.paypal.com, the
password manager displays the two passwords.  The first used
to be highlighted in black.  Now it isn't, although it still
works if I do nothing.  If I use the down arrow, the second
password is highlighted.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open two paypal accounts
2. use password manager on both
3. log in

Actual Results:  
First is not highlighted.

Expected Results:  
First should be highlighted.

I see the same. That's a regression but I don't know when it happened.
