Marc, this is not a duplicate; this is a docs bug, dealing with instructions on how to create the MySQL database in the first place, and you have duped it to a bug that deals with checksetup, which can (by definition) only happen AFTER the database has been created and MySQL installed properly. The submitter even added a link in the URL: field to point to exactly which part of the documentation he was talking about. Please don't go duping docs bugs to non-docs bugs.
