This seems like a fine idea to me.

Sounds good to me. The talkback server is Jay's baby.
Yes, after hearing about the NS Server page, I figured this would be the best
thing to do. Who can set this up for us? Myk? Dave?
I can do it if you like, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't stepping on your
toes doing it, since you've mostly been taking care of that box.

Ok, go ahead and redirect talkback.m.o to talkback-public.m.o. Thanks Dave!
OK, now that I actually went to try to do it, I have no freaking idea how.

The webserver doesn't appear to be installed in any of the standard locations,
and there's no "locate" command installed on the server. I've been poking
around the filesystem for about 10 minutes, and I can't find it anywhere.

/me hates Solaris. :)
OK, found it. Can't find the actual server config file to configure a normal
301 redirect, but I did find the index.html file for the root directory, so I
threw a meta-redirect in it.

Except talkback-public seems to be down, so it gets stuck...

Verified fixed. The Tomcat server was hung, so the site wasn't loading. I need
to find a way to detect problems with the Tomcat server and redirect users to a
static Talkback page...I'll log a separate bug for that.

For now, the redirect is working great (when Tomcat is healthy). Thanks Dave.
