When more than one tab is open, the history lists displayed by the "Go back/Go
forward" button fail to display history for the current tab. Often the lists
display correctly when a new tab is opened, but are wrong if one selects a
different tab once or twice.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new tab.
2. Visit a few pages.
3. Select another tab.
4. Click the down-arrow next to the "Go back" or "Go forward" arrow.
