User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0

On the page at http://www.abclinuxu.cz/ all operations are extremly slow in my
Firefox: scolling, onmouseover, alt+click sometimes doesn't open in a new tab.
This problem occurs only on this particular site.

Other users reported the same problem in Win XP, Linux users seem to be
unaffected. Strangly enough, some other Win XP users don't observe the problem
either. Some reports sugest that the problem might exist only in combination
with IBM preinstall Windows (which is also my case - Win XP SP1 preinstalled by
IBM and the upgraded to SP2).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start firefox on WinXP
2. open http://www.abclinuxu.cz
3. scroll down, browse the site
Actual Results:
scrolling is too slow

Expected Results:
scroll the same same speed as other sites
slow scrolling on www.spiegel.de
Summary: scrolling and browsing in general extremely slow on abclinux.cz in WinXP → scrolling and browsing in general extremely slow on abclinux.cz in WinXP
Reproduced with page:

http://www.mistral.hu/arlista_kozos.html

OS: WinXP Professional - English version
Firefox version: 1.0.4

The page is generated very quickly at the server (03:00 AM) and can be
downloaded in 4 seconds with a separate downloader. The page does not contain
large images, only a large amount of text in a table.

I've downloaded the entire page and opened from hard disk, but Firefox rendered
this page very slowly. This may be due to incremental rendering of the large
table. Firefox should simply download the whole page and does not try to render
incrementally after a large table or image encountered.
