When attempting to sign up for the Baseball Fever forums with Firefox, the form
for inputting things such as your email address will not appear. Instead, you
get the standard Baseball Fever header overlapped by the names of all 30 Major
League teams. The form works fine in IE 6, but not in Mozilla Firefox.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox normally.
2. Go to "http://baseball-fever.com/register.php?"
3. This is the problem page.

Actual Results:  
Instead of a form, all I get is the Baseball Fever header with the names of all
30 Major League teams.

Expected Results:  
This page should have produced a signup form so that I could register for the
Baseball Fever forums.
