I use firefox under Windows and Linux. Under Linux I can press mouse button in
the any submenu and without releasing button traverse to menu items. Under
Windows Firefox tries to do Drag-n-Drop for bookmarks, its very annoy me.
Indeed, when I need to rearrange my bookmarks I use menu "Bookmarks|Manage
Bookmarks...". (Thus, there is no way to rearrange toolbar buttons on the fly,
and I expect the same behaviour for bookmarks).

Reproducible: Always

I think, there must no be way to easy "destruct" user interface. Now it can be
done with Bookmarks drag-n-drop, so user feels umcomfortable (especially, when
accidently dragged bookmark (folder) drops in uneeded place).
Summary: Annoying bookmarks drag-n-drop under Windows. → Bookmarks menu drag-n-drop is non-standard, annoying UI
This is a popular feature. It will probably be added on Linux (bug 236606)
rather than removed on Windows.
We're not going to remove this.
