Firefox doesn't display the menu bar of links on the left side of this page.  IE
does display the menu bar.  Note that the links are there in Firefox ... you can
pass your mouse over the blank left side of the page, and the cursor will turn
into the finger-pointing hand when it passes over an invisible link ... at which
time you can click and display the link

Reproducible: Always

Problem occurred.

Expected Results:  
Displayed the menu bar on the left of the page.

http://www.hhs.fuhsd.org/ looks the same for me in IE6.0, Firefox v1.02 and
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050330

http://www.asheville.k12.nc.us/amsweb/ looks different in IE and Firefox. In
firefox there is no left and top bars as there is in IE.
