When setting a date (i.e. start, end date for event) using the popup calendar,
the calendar does not redraw itself properly for certain months. When cycling
forward through the months, March is the last month properly redrawn, until
September. When cycling back through the months, August is the last month
properly redrawn until February. This happens regardless of year.
This only just started happening, and I cannot find any particular cause.
This is how the redraw is performing: The month and year are not redrawn. The
selected "1" is redrawn (1st day of month). Any squares holding current dates
(black) that stay black, are not redrawn. Any squares holding past/future dates
(gray) that stay gray, are not redrawn. Squares that change from gray to black,
or black to gray are redrawn. Scrolling the mouse over the calendar causes the
area under the mouse to be redrawn.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the New Event dialog
2. Hit the dropdown button next to any date field
3. Use the arrows to cycle through the dates.
Note: This just started happening, and I can think of no chances I made
(updates) that could have caused it.
This looks like bug 273914.
