280601 - Invisible Navigation Buttons in the Shopping Cart

Going through the shopping cart purchase process. When I get to the page for
entering my address info (that should next go to the Credit Card information
entry) there are no "NEXT" buttons displayed. I went through this roughly 10
times with the same result before I discovered (by mouseover) that they are
there but they are invisible. The mouseover only changes the cursor. No button
descriptions display. I got through the checkout by trial and error but on
'every' checkout page after the first problem the "NEXT" or "Continue" buttons
are invisible.. .. I'm not a programmer but I wanna help.. .. Gateway Laptop,

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go through the checkout at www.godaddy.com.
2. Can do 'dry run'. It's before the CC info.
3. Get to the mentioned page and there are no visible buttons.

Expected Results:  
Visible Navigation Buttons

As far as I know everything is on the default settings.
