cannot get 1.7 suite to load due to gkgfx.dll not found during install on xp pro

Steps to Reproduce:
1.download  suite from http://www.mozilla.org/products/mozilla1.x/
2.launch install
3.gkgfx.dll  not found  when mozilla tries to start

Actual Results:  
same as reported

Expected Results:  
launched mozilla
wfm. Are you sure your download wasn't corrupted somehow? The installer should
have the size of 12.013.568 bytes.

12.009.680 bytes i meant, the other size was how many bytes it needs on a NTFS disk.
