This bug is still present, but only for the "handling" groupbox. The other
groupboxes were removed.

Hi!  In the 2.0.0.x releases this problem has been solved as the controls have changed.  http://kb.mozillazine.org/Junk_Mail_Controls has an explanation for how it has been split out.
