There's a empty dialog when I'm submitting a form. It's before 'remember
password' dialog. The dialog is empty but there are buttons: no, yes, cancel

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press submit on a form
2. There's the empty dialog
3. press no or yes and there is the dialog remember password



Expected Results:  
There has to be a text in the box.

Any extensions installed? Did you upgrade from some older Firefox version? If
yes, did you uninstall the old version before?

No, Fresh install of firefox 1.0. 
When installing no additional extensions or themes installed.

I never had in recent versions the same problem, so it seems that it is fixed.
