280719 - after trying to use different theme, icons are displayed wrong

After trying to change from the default theme to a different one--downloaded
from the "get more themes" link--the icons became messed up. I switched back to
the default theme and went into safe mode, but the icons are still not
working/looking correctly. I will include a snapshot of the problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click tools and select themes
2.choose a theme
3.close browser and restart

Actual Results:  
the icons became distorted

Expected Results:  
theme(s) would have worked correctly

ummm, nevermind. i am not sure why, but the problem seems to have disappeared.
the icons look normal and the themes are working correctly.
