The text in the left part( perhaps it's a frame) is overwritten by the
comercials from the right side, when I increase Text Size( View->Text
Size->Increase).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the page
2. Increase the Text Size( I used CTRL++); increase it twice to be sure
3. The comercials on the right overlap the article text

Actual Results:  
The comercials on the right overlap the article text

Expected Results:  
It should render the text so it won't be overlapped by the comercials on the right

I use the theme "Noia 2.0( lite)", version 2.80.

Working on a test case, I noticed that if the url in the anchor towards the
bottom is not as long, then there are no issues: <a

OK, I have this down to a test case, but I'm unwilling to confirm NEW without
knowing if this is a dupe.  Also, I don't know if this is intended layout or
not.  Changing summary to describe what is going on here and sending to
Core->Layout.
