This bug was in all the trunk nighties I tried in the last month or so.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open page info dialog in any of the possible ways and close it.
2. Try to open it again.
3. See that no info dialog appears and close all
Mozilla windows.
4. Open task manager and see mozilla.exe still stays in memory (of course, with
quick launch disabled).
Actual Results:
No dialog appers on the creen, but the mouse pointer chages as if it was opening
something.

I think it in fact does or opens something because after closing all visible
windows mozilla.exe still says in memory, but it fails to show it.

The 'Page Info' part of this WFM. I suspect that mozilla staying in memory is
a result of the way that Windows handles processes. See

I said Quicklaunch was/is disabled :-P. Anyway, it seems to be a problem with my
profile, so I'm marking this as invalid.
