This is happening to me also.
The pages I am on in EBAY when trying to list my item, won't let me edit my
decription using the Standard format,where I can edit without writing html my self.
It will only let me use the " write my own html " format, causing me a lot of
extra work.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open EBAY.
2. Try to list or relist item
3. Should see a tab for standard editing and html editing, but only seeing the
html editing option.

Actual Results:  
I have to write my own html

Expected Results:  
Let me use EBAY's option to just type in normal English, what I want.
Also can't use saved inserts.
