Firefox has a bloody anoying SSL "Domain Name Mismatch" warning that has no
option to be disabled.

This occurs on lots of sites, and isn't as critical as needs warning constantly
- there is no option to disable this warning

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto a poorly configured SSL site who didnt want to pay Versign $1 billion
2. Also... Run Smoothwall

Actual Results:
Firefox behaves anoyingly as expected

Expected Results:
I should be able to tell it to "STFU NOW K THNX"
>This occurs on lots of sites, and isn't as critical as needs warning constantly

It's critical because it could be a "man in the middle" attack.
The server should use a valid certificate or it shouldn't use HTTPS.

I agree that it isnt a bug/error - I just would like a seriously unrecommended
option (burried somewhere if possible) to mute the warning.
Its not going to happen. The people who own the SSL library long ago fought a
long battle to keep that prefless, its not going to change.
sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs,
filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
