The M space   displays fine in the web browser and print preview, but isn't
the "wide blank" on the actual print.  It gets replaced by an empty square.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Put "a b" in a html
2.  Load page in firefox
3.  print

Actual Results:  
The page contains "a*square*b", where "*square*" is a glyph looking like a square.

Expected Results:  
The page should hold "a  b", where "  " is a wide space.
