FireFox crashs when I try to access Options in Tools, gives Invalid Page Fault

Steps to Reproduce:
1.hit options in tools

Actual Results:  
Get an Invalid Page Fault

Expected Results:  
Open Options box like other browsers. I looked at the summary of problems in the
search for bugs section. There are so many in tools/options alone I will resort
back to Netscape 7.2 and IE 6 until Fire Fox is in it's 3rd version at least Thanks
